Zhejiang Xingyue Carpet Industry Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise established by two parties: China Xingyue Group, the leading company of Hardware City of China, and Donghua University, the pioneer in domestic textile colleges. We focus on research and application of carpet equipments, and we also well integrate carpet manufacture, sale and service. We now manufacture tufted carpet tiles of different material (PA, PP, PA-PP blended) and size (50cm*50cm, 60cm*60cm and 25cm*100cm) according to customers’ different requirements. We have a good reputation from customers for our competitive price and excellent quality.

Currently, we have set up about 30 tufting machines of our own intellectual property rights, covering 2m width multi-level loop jacquard, A/B level servo jacquard, three-level loop jacquard, and level loop tufting machine. The multi-level loop jacquard we have has now reached the international advanced level. It not only helps us to lower the cost, reduce the noise, but also makes our products more precise in height and clearer in pattern. We also imported the updated M-tuft sampling machine from Australia. Besides, we have innovative backing line with more reliable performance and higher efficiency. Now, with all the above advantages, we are expecting an annual carpet output of 12 million square meters.
